Where the numbers come from
Demeter reads from the systems you already use. Your POS is the core source and must be connected first. Labour, loyalty, reservations and Demeter Inventory add more detail once they're connected.
New data lands overnight. Yesterday's numbers are ready by 8am Singapore time.
