1. About Demeter

Demeter is an F&B intelligence product operated by Coridors Pte. Ltd. (“Coridors”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit demeter.sg, contact us, or request a demonstration through the site.

By using demeter.sg, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.

2. Website and demo information

The site provides general information about Demeter and allows prospective customers to request a demonstration. Site content, demonstrations, sample dashboards, projections, examples and mock data are illustrative. They do not constitute financial, accounting, legal, employment, tax, operational or other professional advice.

A demo request does not create a customer relationship, guarantee availability, reserve implementation capacity, or oblige either party to enter into a commercial agreement.

Access to the Demeter platform, paid services, integrations, implementation work and support requires a separate written customer agreement.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must use the site lawfully and only for legitimate business or informational purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site, its security, availability or other users;
• introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorised access;
• scrape, harvest or extract content or personal data through automated means without written permission;
• misrepresent your identity, organisation or authority when submitting information;
• use the site to infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law; or
• copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the site or its content except as permitted by law or written agreement.

4. Demo requests and communications

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the demo form is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We may contact you using the details supplied to arrange or follow up on a demo, assess fit, answer questions and maintain a record of the enquiry.

Please do not submit confidential business information, credentials, payment details, health information, government identifiers, customer records, employee records, or operational datasets through the demo form.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the Demeter name, interface, copy, graphics, software, demonstrations and product imagery, are owned by or licensed to Coridors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the site for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback about Demeter, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or payment, provided that we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

7. Third-party websites and services

The site may link to third-party websites or refer to integrations and service providers. Those third parties operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site without notice. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but features, integrations, timelines and product availability may change. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Any decision made using site or demo information remains your responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coridors and its directors, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from the site, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent permitted and reasonable under applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and Coridors submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any right that cannot legally be restricted.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Demeter, our practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganisation, transfer of Demeter or corporate transaction.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy govern your use of demeter.sg. If you enter into a written agreement with Coridors for Demeter services, that agreement will govern those services and prevail to the extent of any conflict.
