Connecting your loyalty programme adds the Loyalty & Customer section to Data & Trends: member counts and where new members sign up. Only a Group Admin can do this.

Connect it

1. In your loyalty programme, create an API Key and API Secret, and note your Business ID. Find your programme below for the exact steps.
2. In Demeter, go to Settings > Integrations and open the Loyalty connection.
3. Enter all three values and save.
4. Click Test connection to check it works.

Eber

1. Log in to the Eber Business Dashboard.
2. Generate an API Key and Secret for a new integration.
3. Note your numeric Business ID.
