Work through it

1. Pick your outlet and date. Switch between Yesterday, MTD (month to date) and YTD (year to date).
2. Scan the numbers along the top.
3. Open each row in Variance flags. Each one shows what happened, actual against expected, the impact in dollars, whether it's a one-off or getting worse, and a suggested action.
4. Click Mark as reviewed once you've looked into a flag.
5. Go through Today's Priorities, a short ranked list of what to act on first. Click Mark briefed once the team has been told.
