Check or update a connection

Settings > Integrations lists every connection with its status, who set it up and when it last pulled data. Check here first if a report looks empty.

What the statuses mean

Status	Meaning
Connected	Details are saved and Demeter can read your data.
Active	Reservations files are coming in.
Not Connected / Not Set Up	Nothing saved yet.
Coming Soon	Not available yet, such as online orders.

Test or update a connection

Open the connection.
Click Test connection to check Demeter can still read your data.
To change a value, click Edit credentials, update it and click Save credentials.
Test again.
