Your POS is where Demeter gets your sales, menu items and food cost. Connect it first: Today's Report and most of Data & Trends depend on it. Only a Group Admin can do this.

Connect it

1. In Demeter, go to Settings > Integrations and open the POS connection.
2. Copy the Production Token shown.
3. In your POS, connect Demeter as a new app using that token. Find your POS below for the exact steps.
4. Your POS gives you a Restaurant / Merchant ID. Paste it into Restaurant Code in Demeter and save.
5. Click Test connection. You should see Verified working.

Your first report arrives the next morning, by 8am Singapore time.

Steps for your POS

Eats365

1. Log in to the Eats365 Merchant Portal.
2. Go to Integration > Developer Portal Application > Connect New App.
3. Paste the Production Token from Demeter and confirm the permission request.
4. Your dashboard now shows a Restaurant / Merchant ID. Copy it back into Demeter.
