Reservation data fills the Reservations section of Data & Trends: bookings, seated rate, no-shows and walk-ins. There's no login to connect. You send Demeter your reservations export instead.

Send it by email (set it and forget it)

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and open the Reservations connection.
2. Copy the Email forwarding address.
3. Forward or CC your daily reservations export to that address. It's picked up automatically.

Or upload a file

1. Open the same Reservations connection.
2. Drop your .csv export into Manual CSV upload.

Every file appears under Recent Ingestion Uploads, so you can see what came in and when.

Use Inline's daily reservations export. Either forward or CC it to the Demeter forwarding address, or download the .csv and upload it.
