Common questions
Why does a date show no data?
It probably hasn't come in yet. Yesterday's numbers are ready by 8am Singapore time. Check back later, or pick another date.
A section on Data & Trends is missing. Why?
Its connection isn't set up yet. Each section needs its own source. See Read Data & Trends for which one.
I can't see an outlet, a tab or a button.
Your role or outlets don't include it. Ask your Group Admin. See Roles and permissions.
Why can I see Demeter but not Inventory, or the other way round?
They have separate access. Ask your Group Admin to add the one you're missing in Settings > Account > Team.
How do I change my name or password?
Go to Settings > Account > Profile. A new password needs at least 8 characters, and you'll need your current one.
How do I switch to light mode?
Go to Settings > Appearance. It only changes your own view.
Can I trust the numbers AI Sifu gives me?
Treat them as a starting point. Check the report or record behind the answer before acting on anything important.
The food cost figure looks wrong.
