Set menus and combos are built in your POS. Inventory shows the dishes that have actually been sold inside each set, so you can link them to recipe portions and have them deduct stock.

Map the dishes in your set menus

1. Open Recipes and switch to the POS Set Menus tab.
2. Click Review unmapped items to open the mapping worklist. Dishes that sell the most are at the top.
3. For each dish, choose Map to recipe portion and pick the matching portion.
4. Repeat until you see All observed items mapped.
