Inventory Setting sits at the bottom of the sidebar. Everyone can change their own profile and appearance there. Group Admins and Outlet Admins also manage how stock is organised.

Cost centres

A cost centre is an area you count separately, such as Kitchen, Bar or Store room.

1. Open Inventory Setting > Cost Centres.
2. Enter a name and how often it's counted, in days, then click Add.
3. Click a cadence to change it.

Categories

Categories group ingredients within a cost centre, such as Produce or Dairy.

1. Open Inventory Setting > Categories.
2. Pick the cost centre, enter a name and click Add.

Supplier cost centres

Choose which areas each supplier delivers to. When you create a PO, only matching suppliers are shown.

1. Open Inventory Setting > Supplier Cost Centres.
2. For each supplier, mark the cost centres it serves.
